A Lifetime of Finding Beauty

Some people discover their passion later in life.

Looking back, I think mine was there from the very beginning.

As a little girl, I was always drawn to beauty, creativity, color, and connection. I loved making things, decorating spaces, capturing moments, and finding joy in the little details that often go unnoticed. What I didn't realize at the time was that those early interests would quietly follow me throughout my life.

Over the years, my path took many different turns. There were seasons spent working in beauty and retail, years in hospitality, a career in technology, countless outdoor adventures, and eventually, photography, art, and entrepreneurship. While the roles changed, the thread connecting them never really did.

I was always drawn to the same things: beauty, creativity, connection, and the experiences that bring people together.

Long before I was taking photographs, I was happiest exploring. Sailing, skiing, hiking, cycling, traveling, and saying yes to adventures that sounded like a good idea at the time. Those experiences taught me to slow down, pay attention, and appreciate the world around me.

Along the way, I learned that beauty isn't reserved for grand occasions.

It's found in a meaningful conversation, a favorite place, a shared laugh, a sunset, a memory in the making, or simply being present enough to notice what others might miss.

When Lopker Love came to life, it wasn't the beginning of that journey. It was simply another way to share what I'd been noticing all along: the beauty found in people, places, traditions, and everyday moments.

Because sometimes the things that matter most aren't the big milestones.

They're the little things.

And those are the things worth celebrating.
