DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SHOPPING?

HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE MY LEATHER EARRINGS?
  • You can wipe your leather earrings clean with a soft microfiber cloth. The best way to ensure your earrings stay clean is to avoid contact with water, cosmetics, hair spray, lotion, etc. Your Lopker Love earrings should be the last thing you put on! Do not use oils, water or liquids on your leather earrings as it will damage and discolor the leather.
  • For best care you can store your earrings on an earring stand or flat, do not keep your earrings in a place where they are bunched up or will bend and get crimps in the leather. 
MY ORDER IS A GIFT HOW DO I REQUEST A GIFT RECEIPT?
  • Leave a note in the "Order Comments" box (after you select your shipping method on the checkout page) that the order is a gift. We will make sure the recipient receives a gift receipt with no price shown on the invoice.
WHAT KIND OF METAL ARE THE FINDINGS (HOOKS AND POSTS)
  • Metals are hypoallergenic earrings findings are made of nickel-free metal alloy that are durable and safe to wear.
DO YOU MAKE EARRINGS WITH STERLING SILVER OR GOLD FINDINGS
  • Sterling Silver and Gold earring findings can be special ordered and are individually priced based on the findings used at the time of the order. Email lopkerlove@gmail.com to special order, these orders will take some time but can be done. 
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
  • At this time Lopker Love does not allow full returns only exchanges, simply due to being a very small start up operation. As we grow we look forward to continuing to add additional services.

I LOST ONE EARRING CAN I PURCHASE ONE REPLACEMENT EARRING?

  • Because earrings are often unique one of a kind pieces I can not always promise the ability to do this, however when inventory allows I am happy to have you return the solo earring and purchase a new pair for half price. Again this is determined on a case by case basis. I have a tax ID number. Can I use that for a tax-exempt purchase online? 

  • We are not able to process tax-free purchases through our website.
