We will gladly exchange your item as we want you to love everything about your new purchase. Unfortunately at this time we do not do returns. Please take a photo of your item front and back and text to 415.310.1541 or email images to lopkerlove@gmail.com for review, once approved for exchange we will contact you to pick a new item we will ship to you and request you ship your exchange back to us at the below address. Please understand exchanges may take some time, we ask for your patience with this process.
